Hi! I'm Brenna and I love helping people get out of pain.
Years ago, people were drawn to my table because they felt I could help them. I had a gift for healing, but deep down I knew I was only putting band aids on pain. I chased certification after certification, pouring in money, energy, and even injuring myself trying to give the deepest massages possible. My husband and I were terrified that I’d either break my body or drain our finances before I ever found what I was searching for. I had almost accepted that true and lasting pain relief didn’t exist.
Then one day while working in a spa, a client told me about a technique her therapist back home used that fixed her frozen shoulder in 15 minutes, and she never needed another treatment. If you know anything about frozen shoulder, this claim would have your jaw on the ground as it did mine.
That conversation led me to Rapid NeuroFascial Reset, and it changed everything. For the first time, I felt equipped to help people actually resolve their pain instead of working around it forever. Now, I help people reclaim their lives and return to their truest selves. I believe pain should never be a lifestyle, and healing is always possible.
Chronic Pain Assessment + Treatment
This is where we start. We’ll talk about your pain, health history, injuries, surgeries, and goals. Then we’ll do a simple movement assessment to find areas that may be contributing to your pain. You’ll also receive your first treatment during this visit so we can begin reducing pain and restoring movement right away.
Rapid Pain Relief Session
These sessions are the treatment phase of your care plan. We’ll work with the nervous system to improve movement and reduce pain quickly. Treatment is done fully clothed and includes guided movement while pressure is applied to specific areas. Most treatment plans include 3–6 sessions, with each visit building on the progress from the last.
Restorative Maintenance Session
Once your treatment plan is complete, these visits are available as needed to help you maintain your results. We’ll address minor flare-ups and areas of tension before they become bigger problems. We also check that your body is maintaining the stability and movement gained during treatment. Many clients schedule maintenance visits anywhere from monthly to yearly as needed to support an active lifestyle and help prevent future flare-ups.
She performs "Rapid Neuro Fascial Reset" which has provided lasting results for me. Her techniques permitted me to get back onto the slopes this winter, return to biking, and improved my overall quality of life without injections, PT, or drugs...She is nothing short of a miracle worker in my book.
As a fellow massage therapist with almost 20 years experience I can attest to Brennas abilities. She has an extraordinary gift & is a master of her trade. She cares deeply for the health & well-being of her clients & is RESULTS driven. Orem is lucky to have her!
Brenna has a true gift for healing. Her massages are the literal best and the Rapid Neurofacial Reset technique that she's learned is nothing short of a miracle. If you have chronic pain issues or lack of mobility, go see Brenna! She's magic!
Brenna was very comprehensive in understanding past injuries, stressors, and familiarity with body work. She did a fantastic job at providing immediate results and especially in explaining the process (which my previous bodywork experiences with other providers were lacking). Brenna also gave ideas and recommendations on ways to stretch and heal at home!
Heather arrived barely able to sit without shooting pain down her leg. She’d been told it was “just sciatica” and that it might take months of stretching and waiting. But she was tired of waiting! This pain had taken over her life. In our first session, we discovered restrictive fascial patterns in her low back, glutes, and hip flexors that were keeping her nervous system on high alert. After 30 minutes, she could bend and walk without that sharp nerve pain. After just one treatment, she was sleeping better, moving easier, and no longer avoiding the things she loved. Her body wasn’t broken; it just needed a little push to kickstart healing.
We may be a good fit if…
● You value compassion, honesty, and a little bit of humor in your healing journey.
● You’re ready to participate actively in and take accountability for your own healing.
● You’re tired of temporary fixes and want lasting change.
● You want to reclaim the parts of yourself that pain has stolen from you.
Our best results come with clients who are curious, willing to move, and open to the possibility that their pain is their body trying to communicate; not just that something is “broken.”
If you’re looking for a space that honors your story, helps you feel safe in your body again, and gives you real tools for lasting change… Congratulations! You’ve found us.

I’ve already tried everything.
Many of our clients feel that way when they first come in. Rapid NeuroFascial Reset approaches pain from a different angle. We work directly with the nervous system instead of just the muscles or joints. If nothing else has helped long-term, this may be the missing piece.
Why don't you accept insurance?
Insurance companies require practitioners to follow narrow protocols that don’t align with the depth or flexibility of this work. By remaining independent, I can focus entirely on what your body actually needs and not just what’s covered by a billing code.
Many clients still use HSA funds to cover their sessions.
This feels expensive.
Our work is intentional and efficient. Many clients find that what might take months or years elsewhere can shift in just a few focused sessions here. Think of it as investing in getting your life back instead of just buying another treatment.
We value your time and resources, and we aim to make every session count.
