---Cancellation Policy---

We want to serve everyone looking for our services. However, please be courteous of our time and yours by communicating with us in a timely manner should your circumstances change after you book your appointment.

(1) If your scheduled treatment session is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, 50% of the session fee will be due upon cancellation.

(2) If your scheduled treatment session is missed without notification, or if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment without notification, 100% of the session fee will be due within 24 hours of the scheduled session.

Any and all collection fees, including but not limited to attorneys, collection agencies, or other means of enforcing the Cancellation Policy will be included in the amount due.

When you schedule an appointment with Reclaimed Pain Solutions, that spot is reserved for you alone. For this reason, a cancellation less than 24 hours before your session will result in a fee being due regardless of the reason for cancelling. Rescheduling is treated the same as cancelling.

We know that emergencies happen, and plans sometimes need to change. Please help us to accommodate you by giving as much notice as possible. We will work to find a solution that respects everyone’s time.

---Late Arrival Policy---

We want to serve everyone looking for our services.

All treatment sessions have a specific time schedule. Therefore, late arrivals may not receive extension of the original scheduled time. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment after a late arrival. This will be at our discretion and only with advance notification of your late arrival.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment without notification, it will be considered a cancellation without notification. The original reservation fee will be charged even if the treatment is shortened due to your late arrival.

---Sick Policy---

Your health and the health of those around you matter. If you are experiencing symptoms of illness (including fever, active coughing, vomiting, diarrhea, or any other contagious condition) please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.

If you arrive visibly ill or are symptomatic during your session, we reserve the right to end the session immediately. In these cases, the appointment will be treated as a cancellation within 24 hours, and the appropriate fee will apply according to our Cancellation Policy.

We understand that illness can arise unexpectedly, and we will do our best to work with you. Please communicate with us promptly so we can protect the well-being of all clients and staff.

---Intake Forms Policy---

All required intake forms must be completed before your first appointment. If forms are incomplete at the time of your session, your session time will be used to go over the intake form with your practitioner. Your treatment may be shortened to stay within the scheduled time, and the full session fee will still apply.

---Informed Consent: Photography---

At each session, your treatment plan will be discussed with you. Your practitioner may ask to take a picture before and after treatment in order to track progress. These photos may also be used for online marketing purposes unless otherwise requested by the client.

---Professional Behavior Policy---

This treatment is for therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no inappropriate component to this technique. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the severity of the behavior exhibited, we may also file a report with the local authorities. Any and all collection fees, including but not limited to attorneys, collection agencies, or other means of enforcing this policy may be included in the amount due. Treat your therapist with respect and dignity and you will be treated the same in return.

---Payment Policy---

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, card (including HSA), and Venmo payments. Any outstanding balances must be paid before future appointments may be scheduled.

Fees incurred from returned or failed payments will be added to the total amount due. Initiating a chargeback on a completed session will result in us filing a theft report to the local authorities.

Any and all collection fees, including but not limited to attorneys, collection agencies, or other means of enforcing the Cancellation Policy will be included in the amount due.

---Minor Clients Policy---

We do provide treatment for minors with their consent. A parent or legal guardian must be present for the entire session. If at any point the minor vocalizes that treatment must stop, the session will end immediately without exception. If we are unable to complete treatment, 50% of the session fee will still be due.

 

---Confidentiality Policy---

All client information, health history, and session details are kept strictly confidential and will not be shared without your written consent unless required by law. We respect your privacy and safeguard your personal information.

Reclaimed Pain Solutions does not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe. Our services are intended to support the body’s natural healing responses and are not a substitute for medical care. Please consult a licensed medical professional for any medical concerns.
